Notary Public Signature

Hello All:

I got a form from my program that needs to be completed and sent to them as soon as possible, the problem is that I am outside the states in Syria, and the form needs to be signed and stamped by a notary public.

does anybody know how to get this signature in Syria?

The US embassy in Syria used to have this service availabe but for a good fee! dont know if this is still the case (call them up). If not, i would just tell the program that you are outside the states and they should waive this requirement.
