I matched this year but Im still waiting for my J1 visa, I dont know how long my program will wait but I want to know if I can apply for the next year match. will the ECFMG allow me to apply if Im still holding my old contract?

I have a valid B1/B2 visa, is there any way to join the hospital now on this visa?
